Movie Poster Tron Type

The typeface design for this Tron movie poster was well designed. The connection between the T and R and then the overall design of the N make it really unique and futuristic looking. I love the style.

Font Dogs

If fonts were dogs by a designer, Graham Smith. Interesting way of looking at the style of type paired with the style of different breeds of dogs.

Type Poster

Craig Ward has some great typography work. I have been looking at his stuff randomly and finally found that it was all one persons work, his website has a lot of his best works. Love the hidden message, (Good Typography is invisible) in this poster, it would be a great technique for advertising, not just graphic design.

I stumbled on this funny little website about the use of comic sans typeface. Its use of sarcasm to talk about how people use the typeface is funny.

First Blog Type T-shirts

http://www.masa-ka.com/html/tshirts.html
I came across a designer, Masashi Kawamura, who was inspired by typefaces for t shirt designs. I found it interesting that the terms, character, body, and typeFace all relate to clothing and typography. I thought this was a great idea. See link above.
